I've had a problem for some time now, trying to rip a CD. I had figured it was something unique to my system (Vista home Premium) that was preventing me from ripping. I can't seem to find any additional information on any settings I should adjust to make it work again. I keep hoping this problem gets addressed soon, but as of yet, I've never even heard a response from Audiosoft regarding this problem. The thing is, I can't even tell where I've gone wrong with this. I go to "Rip a CD" it won't even access the drive, then on the botom (Status:) tells me "Playing" I never get the drive information to come up, let alone the CD info.
