HI, I had to reinstall my PC recently and in doing so I needed to re-activate my ejukebox. I purchased my license 3 years ago and according to the website to reactivate I had to request a new licence using the new automated system. I did this over a month and a half ago but whenever I try to activate my license it appears it is still in the "pending verify" state. The 30 day trial has expired so I cannot use the software now. I have sent several e-mails to audiosoft about this but as yet I have had no feedback. I am hopeing that somone here in this forum can help me as I need to use this software soon for my Birthday party. Thanks for any assistance Doffie.
