eJukebox was initialy conceived using id3 tags only, so no matter the physical location of the files. It's perfect for users who have various downloaded titles: generally they don't have the entire albums... But now most users have ripped cds, so complete albums. And I agree with you: the tagging phase is boring when you have many, many albums... So in this case a folder method is really appreciable! Only eJukebox tend to prefer the id3 tags... So if you want a perfect looking result in eJukebox, the best is to use a specialized tagging program like Tag&Rename before importing your albums in eJ.
